HENRY PYE
Principal Physiotherapist and Co-owner
Henry is a northern rivers local growing up on a sugar cane farm just outside of Coraki.​
Henry has completed both a Bachelor of Exercise Science Clinical Practice at Victoria University & Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
Since graduating Henry has worked in private practices and sports clinics both locally and in Sydney. He previously worked full time as a NRL Physiotherapist for the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in the NRL and you may have even seen him running around on the TV supporting players. He has also worked with the Maltese Rugby league team during Australian matches, Eastern Suburbs & West Harbour Rugby Clubs and Sydney Olympic Soccer Teams.

Henry prides himself on diagnostic accuracy, planned treatment strategies and patient centred care. His extensive high level sports physio involvement has helped him develop fast, effective and team based approach to treatment. Henry has further training in sports physiotherapy, taping/casting, post surgical treatment, strength and conditioning and golf physiotherapy.
​
Outside of work Henry is a proud father of two, you might catch him on the golf course, training for triathlons, mowing his (immaculate) lawn or having a beer with friends.

MATTHEW LEAN
Principal Physiotherapist and Co-owner
Matt graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University. Since then he has worked in a lot of different physiotherapy roles in Australia and in the UK.
He has a very keen interest in orthopaedic surgery, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain states, complex conditions/presentations and their management.

Matt prides himself on getting an accurate diagnosis, developing a comprehensive treatment plan and progressing towards your specific treatment goals.
​
When seeing Matt there is a combined treatment focus of hands-on and exercise based therapy, but also a thorough explanation of why, what, how and when.
​
Matt has extra training in Clinical Pilates, Sport Physiotherapy, post-operative orthopaedic management, neck related headaches, vertigo, waterproof casting, complex shoulder conditions and managing chronic pain.
​
Outside of work Matt enjoys all sports (master of none), travel and outdoor adventures.

GABBY BOYCE
Physiotherapist
Gabby graduated from Sydney University with a bachelor of physiotherapy in 1990.
​
Gabby has been treating patients in the Lismore area for over 30yrs. Gabby is well known for her patient centred care and thorough treatment practices.
Gabby has particular interests in chronic injuries and management of these, lymphoedema care, general musculoskeletal pain & injuries.
Gabby has extensive experience in supporting the physical recovery after cancer treatment, and has extra training in Lymphatic massage & treatment of Lymphoedema..

​Outside of the clinic you will find Gabby on her bike, in the garden or enjoying time with family.

FRASER GOY
Physiotherapist
Fraser is a physiotherapist from Melbourne who graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy in 2022.
Since graduation Fraser has worked extensively through the public health care system in Victoria in acute care, rehabilitation and outpatient settings. Fraser has worked within the emergency department of The Northern Hospital (Victoria’s busiest emergency department) providing care to patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries, severe low back pain and vertigo.
​
Fraser has worked in private practises in Melbourne including working alongside well regarded hip, knee and shoulder surgeons providing opinions, assessment, prehabilitation and post-operative rehabilitation.
Fraser has recently moved up to the northern rivers region with his partner to enjoy a lifestyle change and settle down. Being a keen surfer, runner and outdoors-person, the move to this exciting region has been seamless.
Fraser prides himself on providing targeted, specific and goal-oriented treatment strategies. His extensive work within the emergency department has allowed Fraser to treat a wide spectrum of presentations and provide precise and reasoned diagnoses. He is a compassionate and empathetic clinician that will support you throughout the course of your injury.

Fraser has obtained extra training as an accredited running coach with Athletics Victoria and prides himself on injury management and long-term development of recreational runners.
Outside of work, you will find Fraser exploring the region with his partner, running around the local trails and enjoying a wide variety of sports including surfing, tennis, hockey and AFL footy.
